The course was such a good refresher of level 1 pbs training and then very informative for level 2 training. It was interesting to learn about non restrictive strategies to deal with challenging behaviour. Ben is so approachable and makes things really easy to understand using analogies and down to earth ward level examples. The practical showed us really good techniques of how to protect ourselves and others in a safe way. I hope I don’t need to use them! But if I do I now feel equipped to do so.

Ben is really friendly and connects with everyone. He reassured us all throughout and offered support. The training makes sense and it is really interesting. The course has improved my confidence if the risk presents itself- i am more knowledgeable with what to do.
