This course was fantastic…incredibly engaging and interactive. As Ben said there were many wow moments whereby I was shocked and how simple but effective some things can be to maintain safety. I enjoyed the recap of the level 1 theory and look forward to level 3. I hope to never use these skills but equally hope that the trust maintains our updates as it is clear these skills can be just as important as our usually NHS mandatory training updates. Thank you Ben

Excellent presentation and human factors learning . Ben is fantastic. Taking care of everyone’s mental and physical wellbeing throughout. The hands on practice and skills demonstration and refinements are excellent and to the point . The most important aspect is repeating of the mantra of not forgetting patient, needs and being human

Training was absolutely amazing and informative.I was able to develop confidence in providing positive behaviour support for the patients and feel I can confidently work in the ward when I came through situations which I dealt with challenging behaviours.
