Good, simple application of PBS and break away techniques. Easy to follow and it was made sure that everything was properly understood before we moved onto the next section.

Amazing session..I feel quite confident and motivated to do and practice the different de escalation skills and approaches. Gave me more insight. I feel I could it even use these skills in my day to day life. Very interesting session by Ben,very engaging and can't remember feeling bored at all.
