Really enjoyed the theory. Recapped the importance of effective communication in de-escalation

Good to learn new breakaway skills that I’d not learnt before. Feel more confident in how to stay safe if needed, though hopefully I won’t have to use them!

This course was very helpful and engaging. There was a lot of useful information and the trainer allowed us to ask questions and made sure we understood the different topics. I would recommend this course to other people. Thank you :)

This course helped me to gain knowledge regarding breakaway techniques and how we can protect ourselves and the patient safely, Had fun in practicing all the skills,looking forward for the level 3 training
