Normally courses like this are extremely boring, but this was the first course that I didn’t mind sitting in. Made it entertaining, good energy and made it go fast. Very knowledgeable teacher and had answers for everything.

The course was well-led; Penny was enthusiastic and motivating. The course content was interesting, and the discussions were personalised and relevant to the people we support.
Response: Hi Rachael. Thank you for taking the time to leave detailed feedback. We know that our Associate Trainers work very hard to deliver high quality courses. I will personally send Penny an email to share your comments.
