I really enjoyed my two day training course with Ben. Over the two days he really got to know us all individually and took his time to know our interests and our ‘hooks’ he was planting small seeds all throughout the course. He made the learning really fun and enjoyable. I haven’t had a more positive training experience in my 6 years of being at aspire and that is genuine. He was eager to help us with individual customer challenges. He also did activities which made it easier to learn and got people involved whilst making us laugh. Ben also kept checking in on everyone individually to make sure people were keeping up with the learning and making sure they wasn’t stuck on anything. He is a really amazing trainer and credit to him as he made the two days really enjoyable.

The course was really helpful. I learnt how to handle different situations. I had a theory and practical experience on how to deal with different situations. The course trainer was really good at explaining and everyone had a chance to ask questions.

I have learnt that behaviors of concern are not “abnormal” and it’s important to find out the “whys” , consequent, this course impacts how we can be better in the real world, which indeed is making a difference.

The trainer explained things in detail and repeated if needed, always making sure we understood. The practical i needed a little bit of support with one technique but trainer was patient with me and i got it in the end
