Ben's passion for helping vulnerable humans is so beautiful to have experienced he has been able to five great real life examples to back up everything that he teaches and his general teaching style will certainly encourage people to evaluate and reflect on the current practice that they are using while caring for the most vulnerable people in our society

The course was very helpful, I am confident that I can now manage and communicate with our young people when I notice they are leaving baseline. I have also learned using retrain as the last resort. I am happy I was enrolled to this course and looking forward to putting this knowledge into my daily use

The course was good because I have learnt refreshing ideas about PBS regarding Primary, Secondary and Tertiary Stragglers that would assist me in an effective and efficient manner when supporting young persons with challenging behaviour. I also learnt workable means of breaking away which stressed that the best break away is NO BREAKAWAY and when it is safe you secure;when it is dangerous you break away.
