Very knowledgeable very good trainer

I enjoyed the trainer altitude to the course, a very detailed course and I enjoyed everything about it

I found this course useful as I can get challenging behaviour during my job role and I believe by doing this training it has helped me and will help me to deal with these sort of behaviours more effectively

Kirstie was a fantastic tutor, everything was very well explained and showed, very thankful of how well it was all shown and discussed, the knowledge that will be taken from this will be used indefinitely
