I have respect for the Liam for standing infront of all of us and delivering the lesson. He made it fun and not boring so people didn’t get bored and fall asleep. 😌

Day 1 training- really impressed with how it was laid out. It was a long day of theory but Dave made it fun,funny,relatable to the job and his experience came across. Day 2 - with becky. Again fun very informative and took her time to engage everyone in the training. Went over moves with us all when we felt we needed it. I am a returning member of staff from years ago and i feel the training we recieve now is so much better. Having trainers who have done the job and bring their own experiences forward and through the training really makes a difference and real to the job we will be doing. Thankyou to both And rosie too
