I really enjoyed Ben’s way of teaching, it really ensured that the whole class engaged and made training bearable. I managed to takeaway a great lot of information and retained it due to the engagement aspect proven by the quiz at the end. Thanks Ben.

Very informative, I know feel more confident when dealing with challenging behaviour and feel I have a better understanding of why people may behave in that manner. Overall Ben provided an excellent training session which I can put into practice during my home and working day.

Genuinely brilliant course. Ben was engaging and interactive, ensuring we understood the material. I learnt a lot that I will use both at work and at home. We had a giggle too which always makes training more memorable. Thank you. Looking forward to level two

The course was amazing, alot of valuable information that makes you think about your own practice and approach to patients. It gives you knowledge of how to engage with different people which is beneficial to working in healthcare. The trainer Ben was very welcoming and kept the course interactive to ensure that positive engagement was kept. I have realised that our team are already completing some PBS without even realising.

Useful practical tools to use in practice. Could be used with both staff and patients. Ben kept everyone engaged and was good fun which helped the course flow. Tea and coffee would have been good.
