Brilliant! Ben was fantastic, I learnt a lot! The autism segment was amazing, I learnt things I never knew before which is so important as I would never have the opportunity to learn these things! Everyone who works with people needs to do this course!
Incredibly engaging and very experienced tutor. Knows how to engage with the different people that were on the course and presented the material in an easy but highlighting the importance of learning how to communicate and de-escalate situations with patients while enhancing the care for them. Thoroughly enjoyed the person-centered approach to patients he taught. Thank you!

Such a great course for learning PBS, Jack was an amazing host, he’s very informative and kind. He explained everything with great examples and great evidence. Would definitely recommend Jack for more training courses. I really enjoyed the session today !!
