excellent trainer I've learned a lot over the last 2 days.

Tutor very clear voice and speech. Timely sessions not over running. Encouraging tutor, who used names to support Involvement.

Excellent course , really enjoyed it and find her brilliant.

Love how PBS is easy process to follow. V practical.

I have acquired new practical skills and theoretical knowledge from this course.

i found Rachel very personable and patient ,especially delivering training in extraordinary and challenging times

I thought this was some of the best training I have done since I have been at Home Group this will be so good to be able to have all colleagues trained in this so we can enhance our customer experience.
