Wonderful trainer very friendly course material relevant learned some new skills
Really useful day. As a NICU ward manager I found it really useful. I will certainly use the skills learnt to support families. Considering they’re going through severely stressful times having a baby on the unit. So these skills will be useful to listen and hear and make their experience better. THANK YOU
