Course developed my previous knowledge etc. Also gave me food for thought, in my approach, to my customers. Valuable training.

This training was really relevant to supporting our customers. I am really hoping that all staff have taken this training and will use PBS to support people more effectively and understand the root causes of a persons behavior. I will also make sure I do this myself and support my colleagues to look beyond the behavior itself. Thank you
