Today’s training has been amazing, Kirstie has given many examples from her experience and has motivated me to be the best care provider just like her. I learnt to be more empathatic towards my coworkers even if they are having a bad day. I am going to be more understanding about other people’s sotustion and not jump to stereotypes.

Great course. Provided me with in-depth information and knowledge regarding PBS. Will definitely be implementing what I have learnt in my nursing practice. Kirstie was really engaging and explained The Arousal Model and Factors Influencing Human Behaviour in great detail with real world examples. Thank you.

Brilliant course, it was great to have examples of what Ben was explaining to see how to use the skills in practice. Ben was very open and engaging and challenged us to think differently about certain things. Lots to take away and hopefully can sign up to level 2.
