This course gave me a holistic information and insight of what behaviour of concerns means and how to approach my patients better. It has also given me insight on how to build better relationships without people with being judgemental and bias.

I really enjoyed the course, I felt the course was very relevant and I carnt believe that I have never done it previously. After today I will take away not to be judgemental that someone’s behaviour is a result of them trying to communicate. I feel that my approach will be different trying to get a better understanding of the trigger that has got to this point. Thank you

This course gave me a holistic insight about what behaviours of concern means. It has also armed with the understanding of how to respond to cues. Learning about the "The Arousal Model " was great and the trainer was amazing in using examples to ensure we assimilated the teaching.
