Good effective class it I was very interactive

I absolutely loved the course as it was taught in a positive and engaging way. I felt involved in the course and Liam was really clear in the way he communicated with us in class. The class was indeed Positive. I felt more empowered as staff to provide better support and felt better equipped as well. I think Liam also changed the way I view challenging behaviour as well by the way he is teaching.
