The trainer explained everything very well and we will take away these strategies to help us with our daily work.

Very in-depth, knowledgeable trainer who made the course enjoyable.

Really good training and overview. Would have been good to see more case study’s/role play examples in a alternative education setting rather then a care home setting so more apparent to our staff and service.
