The trainer Ben kept the whole day engaging and it was really good to go over positive techniques we can use within our practice. Many nurses will benefit from this course

Genuinely very useful. Really engaging session and it was nice to have a trainer that made us feel so relaxed. I have enjoyed learning and thinking differently. Especially about the arousal curve. It has made me re-think situations I have been in already and will change my practice in the future. I would like to send all my staff on this training

Ben was a really good teacher for the course. He brought ideas to the table that I hadn't considered regarding behaviour and what is considered challenging and how to address these. I felt I learned a lot during the day and it was interactive to keep people engaged. Ben was really positive towards the group and I would be happy to complete further training on this topic.

Ben was very engaging and made the course very enjoyable. Even though the course was long, Ben was able to make it interesting and personal which made it easier to keep our attention. The day flown by! The advice was valuable and will be implemented on our ward for all staff involved in our patients care.
