Kirstie was absolutely amazing and broke the training down very well so that it was understandable to everyone l,it provided a lot of insight and great methods including the arousal model that can be applied to both my work and home life.
What a wonderful and informative training day. A lot of interesting and relevant content covered and the day flew. I am very much looking forward to completing days 2&3 now

The first day of the course was great! I will use what I’ve learnt today on my ward as we look after CAMHS patients regularly.
