For someone who generally finds virtual training extremely dull, Rachel has changed my attitude. She managed to hold everyone’s attention and made us all feel involved. Can’t wait to train with her in person

This was a brilliant interactive course, I learnt so much and could really relate it to my services, colleagues and customers. The timing and breaks all fitted well. Really good couple of days!!
