Really engaging session. Approachable and kind trainer. Great theory materials on primary interventions which can be used in my practice.

I really benefited from the course content and the delivery was great.
Good teaching and good presentation. Polite and brave.
It gave me an in depth insight into human behaviour and how I can support kids as an SEMH support assistant. The module is very structured and in depth.
