Really enjoyed this course! I believe this course should become mandatory! Working within the Acute setting I personally can already see the difference this course has made to practice! Lee was a fantastic trainer. Lots of knowledge and very engaging. Really enjoyed this course thanks to Lee! Would kindly recommended for everyone to complete.

Lee delivered an excellent course. He is very knowledgeable and engaging and made sure to ensure everyone understood the different learning objectives throughout. Lee's background is mainly based in childcare, meaning the content was naturally tailored towards this. Despite this, Lee made effort to understand our departments and specific examples which was helpful
