I feel Rachael was an amazing trainer. Very supportive and knowledgeable, covering all aspects of care. EXCELLENT CONTENT THAT WAS CLEARLY EXPLAINED. TRAINER WAS VERY KNOWLEGDEABLE ABOUT CONTENT BUT ALSO ABOUT HOME GROUP, AS A COMPANY. THIS MADE IT EASY TO SEE HOW IT CAN HELP ME IN MY ROLE. VERY ENJOYABLE AND INFORMATIVE

This training was really relevant to supporting our customers. I am really hoping that all staff have taken this training and will use PBS to support people more effectively and understand the root causes of a persons behavior. I will also make sure I do this myself and support my colleagues to look beyond the behavior itself. Thank you
