Jack was very engaging and knowledgeable and was able to link theory to real-life examples. My only criticism is that community based rather than hospital case studies would have been more relevant to the staff in attendance.

We appreciate your suggestion about including more community-based case studies, and we will take this into consideration as we continue to develop and adapt the course to support participants in their roles.

Very educational training course.
