Ben was brilliant. Kept the day interesting and not boring. Very informative with real life situations that could reflect with. Learnt lots of new ideas that can be tried out in practice.

Ben is a very relatable trainer. He obviously understands the challenges facing NHS staff. The training was very relevant and useful. I hope I'll be able to attend day 2 and I'd love to attend day 3 too, but I'm not sure I'll be allowed to as I think it's only A&E staff.
