Ben is a fabulous and engaging trainer, he made it interactive and was good at explaining ideas and concepts. The quiz at the end was good for solidifying my learning. I look forward to the next session

Very interactive and allowed good discussion between everyone on the course. Able to challenge different ideas - come away thinking of different perspectives and understanding ‘challenging’ behaviours and how to approach

It has been useful to remind myself of why people get angry I think I can take some of the ideas into work - for example using a hook to distract Some of the ideas of take extra time don’t always work in A&E Not sure it can be used when there is 12 angry people asking the same thing however looking at why they are angry there maybe something I can do to begin to deescalate something Trainer Ben was engaging and I will be back for day 2
