Rachael was really nice and usually don't like being put on the spot but she managed to asked questions without too much pressure. It was a perfect size with just 7 of us in the session so made it easy to interact. I want to do the part 2 when possible because I thought it was so useful. Really related it to all particular services and I would recommend any support worker to do it. Helps your customers, but also helps yourself in a difficult job

I thoroughly enjoyed the training and feel it will really benefit my practice moving forward... The trainer, Rachael, ensured the sessions were very interactive and she really challenged us to think about the course content and how we will better support our customers (and each other) using a PBS approach... Despite behind held virtually it was delivered in such a way that I almost felt I was in a room with my colleagues... Would absolutely recommend...
