-Get to know each customer naturally good practise and to listen enhances we are working within practice as a team to give continuity for vulnerable MH customers. -Learnt some hormones and how effects behaviour will google and learn more. -My preference instead of speaking out prefer hands up so all take turns and write answers gets everyone involved. -Overall good presentation Thank you.

I found this course very informative and useful, Kirsty seemed extremely experienced and knowledgeable, she made the course fun and interactive which helped me understand it and process the information much better.
