Good course but I have attended this type of course previously.

Informative and caused me to review my approach and practice, and to resurrect previous knowledge and experience.

Appreciated tailoring of course to meet our needs Felt coaching practice was valuable

I felt thos morning was useful but didn't fit with the training and should have been an away day. I felt the training element of the day was a but thin, and was a repeat of topics I have covered previously. No fault of the trainer, but I didn't feel I got much out of this.

Excellent 2 days!! Benet was amazing. Engaging, encouraging, thoughtful. Good examples. I expect to be able to use course in my job. Excellent lunch, not a dodgy sandwich in sight!

I feel a lot more confident to go back with the things I've learnt and do a better job of managing. Happy has a lovely environment and Benet was great.

Looking forward to improving as a manager thanks to the techniques I have learned

Ben is great at what he does. I'd love to get more examples of inspirational leaders and managers in the world in real life experiences.
