The course was well paced, informative and fun. Covers a lot of ground in a short time but through engaging activities.

I really enjoyed the course, I’ve learnt valuable lesions and been introduced to new ideas and ways of managing and coaching.

Really enjoyed the training, it was the exact right balance of talking and interactive learning/ tasks so I didn’t once feel bored. I especially loved the coaching practice with one person observing and feeding back, it worked really well. Ben was very engaging and got the best out of us
