Great course, day two seemed much more practical, day 1 think was a bit less engaging because of this but still good.

Ben was an excellent facilitator, very clear and patient and introduced us to a lot of interesting ideas. Occasionally would have wanted more practical tips, especially on the first day, but equally came to understand the structure of the course and the second day was much more practical.

Good course; if anything, would have liked an even deeper dive on constructive feedback and dealing with difficult personalities. Really liked that the advice given on the course was backed with scientific evidence, anecdotes, and success stories; i.e. 'companies that do X are more successful' or 'doing Y raises cortisol levels', etc.

I think the topics covered were immensely helpful and I’ll definitely be using the content to improve my role as a manager, but felt that the same content could haves been covered in one day rather than two. There were a lot of tangents into stories and experiences that while a few would give context, to many were distracting and often unnecessary

Really enjoyed the course- relevant and useful, and I liked Benet’s style of delivery- very competent and engaging trainer.

The size of the class is really good. It allows everyone a chance to say their opinion and also allows you to interact and learn from everyone else.

Venue was great and staff were welcoming The course was well structured and I felt that we moved at a good pace, never spending too much time labouring certain points. I liked the level of engagement and that the group was encouraged to mix and work collaboratively My only comment is that I probably won't use the booklet again. I like making my own notes instead as that helps me to remember things better.

Lunch ordering was terrible, complicated and stressful. I would prefer a buffet lunch where I could choose on the day. Ice creams were a nice touch though.
