Excellent course and excellent facilitator. Can't recommend it enough. Best training course I've ever been on.
Great pace, lots of breaks and loved the energy of the room. Inventive exercises which made the room feel like a playground. Really excellent on access needs and felt valued and looked after in the space as well as given choices rather than absolute solutions around my hearing.
I’ve really enjoyed the course and it’s been really helpful and useful resource. The booklet is a great idea to keep all notes in one place.
Much better on day 2, felt like we discussed more advanced topics. Gained lots of interesting methods and techniques which I intend to apply in my role at work.
Really helpful. I found the second day more rewarding, perhaps because everyone had relaxed into it more, or because the subjects covered the first day were built upon
The booklet would be more useful if it followed the daily structure in succession had to jump around a bit
I found today more helpful personally than yesterday as there were more frameworks and tools that I felt I could apply to my work which was more what I was looking for. A lot of time yesterday was spent on what makes a good manager which is obviously important but I felt that I knew that and what I wanted more of was how to actually do/be that, which is what today covered
