Great course, great environment to be in, especially for training days which can be quite draining, venue and facilities kept up morale throughout the day. Lunch company needed email and contact number as well- not quite happy to share more details with outside organisation

Good course which covered all the basis of strong management techniques. Interesting to see if this works in practice. Would recommend course to colleagues. Nicely broken up in manageable chunks which helped info to be absorbed. Tricky to discuss examples from difficult situations in the workplace and with this being sensitive and confidential. Lunch ordering was odd!

Lunch ordering was terrible, complicated and stressful. I would prefer a buffet lunch where I could choose on the day. Ice creams were a nice touch though.

Felt a bit ‘told off’ at times for being a bit late back from breaks etc Some attendees were put on the spot a bit about personal work issues on a public forum which was uncomfortable at times Lunch was better on day 1 and I loved the amount of choice

Great course. Sometimes felt like we rushed through but then we opted for the shorter course! Highly recommended - loved it Air con was great too given the weather
