Simon was brillant, offered some great some advice and went through the course very well.
Thoroughly enjoyed the course. I was a little apprehensive about doing the course via Zoom however, other than not physically being in the classroom it was like any other training course I have completed in the past. Simon was very helpful and made sure we were comfortable with everything he was speaking to us about. Because there only 2 of us on the course it was almost like a 1-1 2 day session which is unusual but worked to my benefit. A informative and beneficial course.
Useful session, Maria is always very helpful and goes above and beyond to ensure we each have a good understanding of the content that she delivers.

Slow first day but the second day was really good as we could link all the content that we were taught together. The regular use of examples in the real world help a lot as we can relate this back to our own problems we face.
Really insightful, enjoyable course. Lots to take in but with the work book and notes made it will really help me moving forwards in my career.
Simon was brilliant from start to finish. He ensured that everyone was comfortable with the process and was very relatable through his real life examples. Venue was good, convenient location though room was a bit stuffy and lunch very basic. Content of the book generally very good, some of the wording open to misinterpretation.
