Good knowledge acquired and delivered in a subtle way that was easy to understand. However the slides and the information were not much detailed you will require to do much research to understand if you want to review it later

The course was really good and helped me think about how my role contributes to the overall success. It’s great to have time to reflect on my own skills and behaviours, along with how I can change these for the better. Laurell was a great teacher and made the day thoroughly enjoyable, thank you!

Extremely interesting. I have attended a couple of courses of this kind and this the first one that I feel I will actually take back and implement. New ways of explaining SWOT which has made it more user friendly. Thank you for the print outs too - they will be useful references.

Extremely useful and will be able to take back the knowledge to my team to develop our objectives. It has been greatly beneficial for me to be able to have a better understanding of the team I work with, how we work and how we can improve in the future.

I would like it to be more tailored to a department. Sometimes things can be generalised. I think I would personally benefit from a smaller group.
