Overall the Course did meet the expectations, and provided with tools which i could put to use. I Hope that in the course she did promise that we will be given the slides for us to reflect on. Although i have not contacted her yet on that. I am sure this will also be met.

Presentation was good and very useful. More examples could be given for the models but overall it was great.

I really enjoyed the training. The trainer was very engaging and made the day fun and informative. Would be good to see videos on examples of a good team.

I left with more information than I expected. I feel like I can make a better contribution while working with my Manager. I am looking forward to sharing with her what I have learned and will also implement what I have learned in my personal relationships. Thank you.
