Very interactive course. Occasionally felt like it was directed more for HR staff but on the other hand it can be linked in many ways to clinical work

The trainer was passionate about the topic and interacted well with the audience. My eyes and mind have been opened to ‘service improvement’ and it’s measures.

Good knowledge acquired and delivered in a subtle way that was easy to understand. However the slides and the information were not much detailed you will require to do much research to understand if you want to review it later
