I liked the variation of having the actors in and I feel the role play was very eye opening and useful!

The interaction with actors were great

Lou was great as usual but really enjoyed the reactors in the role play scenarios

All parts of the training sessions were incredibly helpful, especially the practice with actors. There were very practical tips on how to structure challenging conversations and find mutual goal and agreement despite different perspectives.

Another great course from Louise, I learn so much and feel it makes a genuine contribution to my management skills which I then apply to my role.

Favourite part was the actor engagement where I feel there was the biggest take away on engagement, the emotional intelligence questionnaire also highlighted to me I need to develop my relationship management which I intend to do in my approach with my immediate team and wider asset area engagement.
