We had Ellie predominantly today and she facilitated somenpracgical applications and exercises to get us moving and into the zone of presenting. Found that quite useful

The role plays games took me out of my comfort zone which is always really helpful for me. The practice speech helped give me a confidence boost and to trust myself in being able to deliver a speech

I took a lot out of this session, knowledge on how to structure the presentation, how make it more engaging, how to present it in a an engaging way. Lots of useful tips and ideas. Loved all practical tasks and games, great opportunity to practice in a safe environment . It was a great finale to the training program, very inspiring &encouraging . Thank you
