Lou was very informative and had a lot to add to her presentation ad hoc and relayed and listened to plenty of anecdotes. And resources she used.

Theory was a bit condensed but the course was great.

Another very good session. I was a little apprehensive going into the role play but in the end it was a good way to reflect on the situation and get feedback from others
