Lou was brilliant during the entirety of the course. The ability to hold extremely honest conversations as a management team have given us the opportunity to reflect on our current position and how we can move forward to achieve our business plan.

This was an excellent day. Possibly the best and most effective leadership workshop I've attended (and I've attended alot!) It is exactly what we needed and fit perfectly into the theme of the 2 days. It was thought provoking and energizing. Excellent for our new team!
