Louise is an engaging trainer and I find her methods very helpful for me to learn and absorb her content.
A very comprehensive and worthwhile course that helped in my perception of resilience and how to use it to be more effective.
A well thought out course which prompted some good ideas. The presenter brought a lot of energy and knowledge which enabled important discussions.
Some sections where we split off into groups to review, could do with a briefing on the page just to give clarity and stay on focus when we split up.
Probably needed more time to go over the power of words and EI
Excellent course and the trainer was superb and covered so much during such a short time period. Very informative and I have definitely picked up some new techniques to support my approach to difficult conversations in the future
