A very comprehensive and worthwhile course that helped in my perception of resilience and how to use it to be more effective.

A well thought out course which prompted some good ideas. The presenter brought a lot of energy and knowledge which enabled important discussions.

Some sections where we split off into groups to review, could do with a briefing on the page just to give clarity and stay on focus when we split up.
