I would highly recommend Thom for future courses.
Great day and enjoyable. Will certainly remember a lot of the course content
I felt the course was very much geared towards a face to face enforcement role. Not all confrontations are face to face so an extra stem could have been added where observations couldn't be met. I hate leaving on a negative note as i really did enjoy the course. Many thanks
found the course very information and I think will help me better handle any future conflict situations
Very good and informative course. Lots to take forward and add to my toolbox. Thanks very much John.
