The trainer’s real-world experience anchors clear, calm and engaging teaching, with relatable examples that help attendees understand conflict, de-escalation and managing aggression. They value the interactive format, including videos, breakout discussions, scenarios and opportunities to share experiences, alongside practical techniques that transfer directly to demanding workplace roles and build confidence. Materials and explanations are easy to follow; some attendees would welcome more in-person role-play for additional practice.
