Have completed this course only a few weeks ago but found this much better, engaging, interesting. Trainer was good, had a great way of presenting and trying to start discussion without being forceful. Breakout rooms were helpful also
I would highly recommend Thom for future courses.

I felt the course was very much geared towards a face to face enforcement role. Not all confrontations are face to face so an extra stem could have been added where observations couldn't be met. I hate leaving on a negative note as i really did enjoy the course. Many thanks
