I found John made the conflict training very interesting with some of his real life experiences examples and his relaxed style of teaching and found him to be a genuine person. I would recommend this course to everyone.

Very interesting all round and applicable to lots of areas relative to my current role. Like the mix of slides, breakout rooms and interaction to keep attention throughout the course
