The course was well delivered in a very easy to understand way. Presentations and contents are very relevant.

The course was fine. The venue however ,not so good. It is to far of the beaten track no shops or vending machines for food. If you travel on public transport the nearest station is 2.6miles away and the local bus route falls short of the venue by about 3/4 of a mile. none of which ti communicated to you in the information supplied.
Excellent venue (parking a bit expensive) Dawn made the course very interesting and kept everyone’s attention
The whole process and people from start to finish was / were excellent. All expectations were met and at the end fully confident to go forward knowing I have the skills and knowledge to cope if the occasion presents itself. Thank you!
I thought the course was good and all topics were covered by the trainer who was excellent. The only downside was that the building wasn't opened on time which meant it wasn't a great start. The lack of facilities at the venue was poor as it would of been nice to be able to get a hot drink (tea/coffee) at some point throughout the day.
