1 Day - Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work Requalification (RQF) Reviews

Overall just ok, but could have answered the questions without a days refresh course, and all seemed a little pointless and going through the day without the need to. Trainer was ok but did not focus on the day ahead so no idea on when we would be finishing, and room to small for what was needed (not trainers fault). Also asked a lot of obtuse questions without context, and felt like he was trying to catch us out so stopped answering after a few questions.

Unfortunately I wasn't sent the pre learning, so there was a fair bit of faff to sort that out and our trainer needed to make several calls. I was perplexed that we took the "exams" together as a group, I want to know, that I know the subject at hand not that I need a collective approach. I wanted to say something on the day, but didn't feel able to do so. What I did like was that it was a one day course, and the venue was suitable for the needs of it.
