Trainer and course content were excellent. Registration and getting the test questions on our mobiles did not work well and could be improved.

Both trainers had to adapt to the venue and with 17 delegates in one room 3, courses running , and with the issue of late arrivals due to parking availability around this area of leeds the hotel does not provide parking . The hotel has issues with the Internal power supplies with HDMI connections in the rooms .

Really good course, and instructor, Mel was brilliant, really helpful and made everyone feel involved.

Trainer was very good and knowledgeable. He had a great sense of humour and with a past as a paramedic had lots of stories and past experiences.
