I love it, I love getting to know everyone. I did have a wobble when being labled the talker and felt a bit devalued. Group were very supportive. I’ve found it helpful to have breakout rooms as the whole group is a bit daunting. I feel more confident that I lead a great organisation. I’m glad to be working in the this sector! Found the ranking activity hard as I get numbers mixed up due to dyscalculia!

I found this workshop quite challenging. Perhaps consider running a workshop a little later after the Christmas break, as it's difficult to fully engage with the content. I'm also finding it difficult to pull it all together - course content, workshop, assignment etc. it feels quite separate. It would be helpful to have a continuation of content - how does the cognassist, MBTi, Dweck etc all come together and we spend the workshop translating that in to what it means for us in our day to day.
