The day was on the whole really useful and informative. It was a long session with a lot of information to take in. Although there were breaks I think it would have been better to do two shorter sessions but I appreciate this may not be feasible.

Really good day, thought provoking and interesting. I particularly enjoyed the discussion around VUCA. This is a new concept to me.

Enjoyed todays session, lots of chat between the course attendees and some great exampled from Dr Deb Willoughby to highlight real life examples and how they were solved.

Really great positive start to the course

Since I already work in Finance, I found the content very familiar. The best part was learning about my colleagues views around the finance directorate, which made me reflect on ways to improve working relationships.

The trainer was extremely engaging in encouraging us to reflect on our leadership style and personal qualities in order to achieve strategic aims.

A good session, with great insights into succession planning and employee performance
