I believe practical aspects over teams is difficult to do and the final practice test was too long and not interactiveResponse : Hi Craig Thanks for your feedback. I think your comments regarding the practice questions are valid. WE have now in fact reduced the number of practice questions down to 30. AS regards breaking them up I think this is a good idea and will certainly consider this for future courses. Thanks & Regards

This was the first time this particular course was delivered so it is inevitable there will be teething issues. Those issues were anomalies with the company specific documentation, the course tutor was very professional and handle all queries well.

The trainer was excellent and knew the subject well. The 'practical exercise' is to follow and i will know better.
