Sam our trainer made us feel comfortable, relaxed and very approachable and made the 2 day course a breeze, a credit to your company. Excellent facilities and clean and tidy in all areas.

You should have a N/A option for some of these questions - eg I had no input or sight of the booking process.. I enjoyed the course and I thought the instructor was excellent. The only thing I would have liked to see added is maybe a small section on appreciation of some install faults or poor installation practices, things to look out for, things to avoid etc.. I do realise though that these suggestions would not be covered within the C&G terms or aims of this particular course.. Overall though I did find it to be very good and comprehensive and I definitely came away with a lot more knowledge of the subject - by 200% at least :) thanks PTT, brian nolan

Fantastic course! Sam was a great lecturer and went above and beyond with additional peripheral training which helped illustrate the course content better. I'll definitely be back for more training.
I found the course interesting with well placed gaps of alternative training and interaction. This helped me to understand the various topics and exercises.
A very well presented and professional experience on a course that has been long awaited within our industry. I have retaken this course every three years on average since 2007 and this blend of teaching was the best to date.
Avtar my teacher/trainer was exceptional. He took time to go over subjects & make them more understanding. All our manuals, tablets & note pads were provided & set up well before start time. Thank you Avtar.
