Had difficulty finding training facilities, maybe adding WTW would help

Steve was very knowlegeable and thorough with the course content and explained everything in detail im very pleased with the information i received thankyou

While the remote version of the course suited my schedule, I did get the most benefit from the days I came into the centre. The design unit in particular proved particularly difficult without on-call assistance from tutors, and I could only fully understand what was expected with the opportunity to ask questions throughout the process of completing it. This was also true of some other elements of the course too, and perhaps could’ve been improved with video presentations / explanations or recorded lessons that remote learners could access from home. I also found that some questions in the exams were new territory, maybe because I didn’t have the chance to visit these aspects precisely in the remote version of the course. If I could have taken some mock papers home too, I might have felt better prepared for those exam questions.

Thank you to every one for a pleasant experience, At first I was a bit anxious about doing the course, mainly because after many yrs of in house training and manufacturer training, being told I have to carry out a level 3 to keep the gold card even though on ECS I am a existing level 3. But on arrival I was made to feel welcome and at ease to my surprise people actually listened and become very helpful at the time and during my time there. A lot better then other training providers I could mention Hat off to Avtar , how he took the time to work at peoples pace, and not just rush through, especially how I saw him spend time one on one with a person struggling the book how he helped and guided, not just gave a answer to move him on. looking forward to seeing if you can help on other qualification issues. 100% recommended .
